These charges apply to both counselling sessions in Fareham and telephone counselling.
How Many Session will You Need?
Typically counselling & psychotherapy is a longer-term treatment and more sessions are required. EFT, CBT, EMDR and mentoring are typically quicker treatments and results are usually seen within 6 to 10 sessions and in some cases no further sessions are required. However, treatment lengths cannot be guaranteed and vary from client to client.
