7:30pm Introduction to the Retreat
8:30pm to 9pm Laughter Yoga and Meditation
Day Two - Saturday (25 th July)
7:30am Early morning breath practices
8:00am Meditation
8:45am Laughter yoga
9:00am Breakfast
10:00am Group work – Happiness
12:00pm Laughter yoga and meditation
12:30pm Lunch and chill time
2:00pm Group work - Happiness Part Two
4:00pm Break
4:30pm Sound healing and meditation
5:00pm Free time to explore the grounds
6:30pm Evening meal
8pm to 9pm Laughter yoga and mediation
Day Three - Sunday (26 th July)
7:30am Early morning breath practices
8:00am Meditation
8:45am Laughter yoga
9:00am Breakfast
10:00am Group work – Happiness Part Three
12:00pm Laughter yoga and meditation
12:30pm Lunch and chill time
2pm Group work – Happiness Part Four
3pm Laughter yoga and meditation
3:30pm to 4pm Closing
On both Saturday and Sunday there will be free time during the day to explore the venue, relax, eat, spend time in quiet contemplation or get to know your companions on the retreat.
