Telephone Counselling
Telephone and internet based counselling is an effective, convenient and increasingly popular way of receiving support.
I can offer support via telephone or webcam for a range of issues. I can provide the same type of counselling techniques used during face-to-face counselling, with the exception of EMDR, which cannot be practiced remotely.
I am a BACP registered counsellor & psychotherapist and am registered with the UKCP.
Available Session Times
Telephone Counselling can be booked between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday. I also offer occassional sessions at weekends.
Free Assessment Session
The first 1/2 hour is always FREE and allows us both to see if we can work together - there is no obligation to book a further session.

Charges & Payment
Individual Sessions: £50 per hour session
Block Booking: £270 prepaid for six 1-hour sessions (equivalent to £45 per session)

Included within the fee paid are:
- One hour of counselling/coaching via telephone or webcam (via Skype)
- Email follow up support
- Factsheets relevant to the session (sent via email)
- The cost of the telephone call - I can call either landline or mobile phones for the session
Payment & Booking
At the end of your free assessment session, we will book your next session and discuss how many sessions you are likely to need. Payment for sessions should be made via Paypal using the form below. All fees should be paid in full before the start of the session.
